Overview of Department
B. Sc Physics Course was introduced from the year 2014. B.Sc (Physics) – Stands for Bachelor of Physics. It is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (+2) with subjects such as accounts, Maths and Science. Physics consists of a broad range of interdisciplinary branches such as quantum, atomic physics, spectroscopy & Crystal growth.
The Department has grown leaps and bounds from then on and at present the department has well qualified human resource and well equipped laboratories. To be a Supreme Centre of Academic Excellence, ensuring that learners from all sections of society get equal access to a world class education.

UNIQUENESS OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Department was started at 2014 as Bachelor of Physics.
- The main aim of the course is to make the students into a standalone Researcher and Industrialist.
- The department conducted many inter department, inter collegiate programs to motivate students for future development.Our department conducted Guest lecture, National level seminar and International Conference to provide a paper exposure to student community.
